Ok, let's consider...should they meet at the Arcadia, the Camenarium, or a middle ground? Considering that the two places are rather close together in the same state, it seems odd that the two leaders haven't met yet; unless this is because, of course, the two organisations aren't close at all -- Arcadia only has a staunch alliance with Movement, and Devon's still a rather new (though capable ) leader.

Hmm, Andre's a rather strong personality too, though perhaps slightly more introverted (at first glance) than Devon, yes? The two, have, however, similarities, which should make this first meeting go more or less alright.

Maybe we should have a template to discuss scenes around..

Would the two leaders arrange a meeting? Devon is new, Andre is new-ish. Would be political to meet right? And discuss safety issues and all that. I'm sure with the Choi'sir'ee hanging around all the Kalla should more or less have alliances... Though I can't imagine Andre having a very cordial relationship with the Movement guys... Hm. Didn't think about that when I did the app. Would make for good, complicated plots though.

Yep. Middle ground most likely. Especially if we're going for 'first meeting of the leaders' kinda scenario. Would be awkward to meet on anyone's home turf.
