General Event: Description, just a short one
Nifty Chapter name:
Setting: Informal / Formal / Fighting etc
Venue: Self-descriptory, may be several
Time: Either a range (lunch, evening) or a specific time
Open to others dropping by (i.e. writing even if they aren't main charas in this thread, though that isn't very likely, at the moment ): Yes/No
